11) what aspect of your writing do you think has most improved since you started writing?
Iām honestly not sure. Iāve always been writing so I guess everything?Ā
I will say though, that since I got into writing fan fiction Iāve gotten better at getting inside the heads of characters. I think Iāve gotten better at writing and creating the world through their eyes and showing that to my readers, which is good because I think thatās one way to develop characterization thatās not always talked about and it can be really useful.Ā
16) are there any characters who haunt you?
So, I answered this but I think I should elaborate, I guess. I have twoĀ ātypesā but thereās a lot of overlap between the kinds of characters that run around in my head and encourage me to write stuff. Theyāre either unappologetically promiscuous, secretly insecure jokers with big hearts and an abundance of sass or theyāre aesthetic assholes whoāve probably killed a bunch of people but hide a deep inner sadness and desperately crave affection. Those are the kinds of characters that keep me up at night.
Thanks!Ā
Okay, so Dean and Crowley must haunt you a lot⦠XDĀ āUnappologetically promiscuous, secretly insecure jokers with big hearts and an abundance of sass orā¦aesthetic assholes whoāve probably killed a bunch of people but hide a deep inner sadness and desperately crave affectionā describe those two perfectly!
Oh yes. Crowley not so much, actually and I’m not sure why because he does fit. There’s a reason most of my fics are from Dean’s PoV lol. Though I just realized I haven’t written a lot of Crowley. I think he’s in like… maybe two fics. That’s… wow. I didn’t realize I was that lacking.
