I want Wayward Daughters/Sisters/whatever-they’re-gonna-call-it to be a huge hit and I desperately want Krissy and Linda Tran and Rowena and Charlie and Eileen and Max and Alicia (we can do some magic BS to fix her) to show up. This is a thing I want very much and I will be right there cheering the show on.
Jody, Donna, Alex, and Claire will be the main cast, but every season we have new characters with new backstories who come to Jody to learn how to adjust and understand the hunting world. I want all kinds of girls to have their stories told. Every season we can have new characters who grow and change and we have the main four to help them orient and adjust to figuring out who they are and how they fit in this new world.
I love this idea! Can you just write for Wayward Sisters? I really love the idea but I’m so nervous about the execution and your ideas are brilliant!

Okay. Completely selfish reason to want Wayward Sisters…..
So, I’m excited about Wayward Sisters being a thing. I’m also a tad apprehensive because, well, you know, but I am going to remain positive and excited.
You know, it’s a bit baffeling to me that the backdoor pilot has *just* been announced and I’ve already seen all kinds of negative shit about the writing and which characters and gonna be included and blah blah blah.
Like, guys, I get it but slow your roll a bit yeah? I know we’re all a little apprehensive about who will write it and what it’s going to entail but like, the backdoor pilot hasn’t even aired. It’s not even a 100% sure thing yet. They haven’t even gotten people to write the series because they don’t know if there will be a series.
So like, just chill a bit, okay? I get it. I feel the same things, but damn. It’s June. This ep probably won’t even air until like November. Take a deep breath. Damn.

But think about this: Wayward Sisters has to be character driven in order to be successful.
We already know the lore of this world. The big boss fights have already been fought. There is not a “greater destiny” that needs to be fullfilled. Jody, Donna, Alex, and Claire are all just regular people. Dragging them into an apocalyptic plot will not work because we’ve been there in this world. There isn’t much left to do.
But w/these women we can see what it’s like on the other side of hunting, on the side where people hod down real jobs and try to raise families and go to college and figure out what they want while also knowing there are things in the world that want to eat them. That’s cool and I’m very excited about it.
