I have a feeling I’m gonna think back to Leia’s line about wondering whether or not Han cares about anyone but himself while watching Solo and it’s gonna make me hurt. I’m just calling it now.

So I’ve said this in private to folks b4 but hearing Luke call Obi-wan “Ben” after having seen the sequels a bunch is so jarring.

Like… I dont have the time to talk that out but good grief. There’s *things* to discuss about it.

I’m sorry but I can’t watch Obi-wan sneak around the death star and not hear pink panther theme music. I’ve been ruined.

I’m on A New Hope now (again) and I just think it’s important that everyone knows that I fucking love Han.

To be honest, I’d probably end up a Sith.

Oh, same. I think it’s safe to say that while the Sith were undoubtedly evil, the Jedi also sucked and I’d much rather be allowed to use things like anger and fear than be told it was bad to have normal emotions.

And there’s of course that whole forbidden fruit thing. Don’t tell me I shouldn’t do something because I’ll just want to do it more.

So I’m watch Revenge of the Sith and I hate how much I agree with Palpatine, you know?

He’s like “if one is to understand the great mystery one must study all its aspects” and like… he’s right. He’s really right and I wanna kick him in his teeth because of course his motives aren’t pure or good but he’s still right and I hate that. (But I also love it in a well-crafted manipulator character way.)

Also that part happens literally half-way through the movie.
