Are you named after someone? Yes, actually. My great-grandmother Rosella, master of the chocolate chip cookie and my mom’s favorite grandma.

When is the last time you cried? Sometime last week I think.

Do you have any kids? Nope, not yet.

Do you use sarcasm? No, never 😉 (More irl than online because tone is hard to pick up on online.)

What’s the first thing you notice about people? Typically, it’s their eyes. I’m bad with faces on the whole but I’m better at recognizing eyes.

Eye color? Brown.

Scary movie or happy ending? Can’t I have both? It really depends on my mood but generally I prefer a happy ending even though I love scary movies.

Any special talents? I can write pretty well and I’m learning to knit. Those aren’t necessarily “special” talents but I enjoy them and I’m good at them.

Day of birth? September 6th. It was a Monday, if I remember right.

Any hobbies? Aforementioned writing and knitting.

Any pets? I personally have two cats and a guinea pig but there are other pets in my house.

How tall are you? 5″6′.

What sports do you/have you played? I used to play soccer. I enjoyed it.

Favorite subject? In school? It was English, though History was a close second.

Dream Job? I would get paid to research and teach about fandom as a sub-culture so instead of just being a nerd about it online I’m being a nerd about it and making money. That’s my dream job lol.

I love putting playlists together for my fics. I highly doubt people really listen to them, which is a shame because they’re a) loaded with spoilers and b) sometimes hilarious in terms of musical variety. I just put Brittney Spears next to The Rolling Stones and I personally think that’s hilarious.

For Christmas this year, I’m knitting my step grandmother socks. On the surface it might seem like a thoughtful gift, but as everyone knows, socks are an awful thing to get for Christmas. Also, it’s a giant hint that she needs to quit pushing her hobbies on me and accept that I have my own.

Hey everyone. Sorry I’ve been so negative lately. I’ve been pretty upset with my own personal life and national politics and it’s all just left me an angry, frustrated mess. Fandom is supposed to be the place where I can just enjoy things that make me happy but it feels a lot harder lately with what seems like everyone losing their minds about everything. I don’t do well with stress or when people around me are stressed. I’m basically an orchid.

So I’m going to try to let more of this stuff go. I’m gonna do my own thing and just try to cultivate a fun little space where I can enjoy what I want and let others feels safe enjoying it with me. ‘Cause honestly, I’m need to stop my catastrophic thinking or I’m just gonna be miserable.

I’m excited to announce that when I get my butt in gear and finish posting one of my latest WIPs (which should be the end of the month at the latest) I will be posting a new AU.

It’s Finnreylo, based on the movie Bedazzled (both versions) and it’s called All That Glitters and I’m super excited about it.
