Hahaha! I was wondering if anyone reads my tags. But honestly, this one is canon. Like so canon it hurts. Your turn! Writing ask game. 1, 4, and 18? (I meant to do this earlier but I’m at work and I have had to squeeze things in between patients).

No worries, work comes first.

1) How old were you when you first starting writing fanfiction?

Uh…. 22 I think? I don’t really remember but it’s been pretty recent. I’ve been writing fiction forever but I didn’t start with fanfic until I got tired of writing and getting nothing out of it. Workshop groups are hard to come by and getting lots of rejection letters sucks so I decided to do fanfic for the interaction, mostly.

4) What is your favourite genre to write for?

I guess urban fantasy? Magic is real and everyone may or may not know about it but it’s a big part of the MC’s life. Usually there’s a mystery or some kind of complication or nonsense. A lot of my fics have magic or magical creatures as a big element.

18) Do you have any abandoned WIP’s? What made you abandon them?

I have two abandoned WIPs. One I just… didn’t really have a plot for so I quit writing it. The other I actually wanted to finish but I got angsty about not updating it after my self-imposed deadline so I just… kinda froze. I’m trying to get better about that, though.

48) What’s your favourite trope to write?

Probably polyamorous relationships. There’s a lot more to explore when you have three people trying to make a relationship work what with their different personalities and needs and relationship dynamics. I just enjoy playing with them.

50) If you could write only angst, fluff or smut for the rest of your writing life, which would it be and why?

Angst 100%. Gimme conflict, man! I’m not really great at fluff and smut is painful to write sometimes, but angst is right up my alley.
