Yeah it’s kind of interesting to think about what Jimmy would be like post-cas if he survived, but it would probably be depressing TBH. And his marriage always seemed boring to me too

There’s a ficlet floating around somewhere (the jimstiel tag I think) where Jimmy did survive but prayed to Cas to come back because he couldn’t deal with life after possession. Which… yeah, I can see. Like, in so many ways I’m glad he died becuase that would be really painful to watch. I don’t think you can go back to normal after being a part of something that huge. Could be a fun thing to play with in fic, though. 😉
I mean, I’m sure he and Amelia were a wonderful couple, but they were just normal. Not really my speed, ya know?

What rare pairs would you like to write ?

Oh, god, where’s my list? lol

I want to write Dean/Benny, I just keep forgetting about it. I’ve had an idea for a while where Benny comes home from… something… a war maybe? And has to move to Kansas where he takes a job as a farmhand on the Winchester Ranch. And, oh no, the eldest son Dean is home from college for the summer and boy is he pretty. It’s like, every cheesy romance novel about farmhands ever.

I would like to do some Abaddon/Ketch just for the sheer dirty-bad-wrongness of it.

I also want to do some Cain/Dean because that could be a lot of fun and I really enjoy Cain and it screams professor/grad student to me.

I wanna do some Claire/Charlie, some Meg/Jo, some Jo/Jess, and some Mary/Ellen, too.

I have all these rare pairs and so little time, lol.

Me too! I love fics with Meg as Cas’ best friend. She would probably get along great with jo too. I loved Meg in @ltleflrt ’s Satin and Sawdust

Same! Personally, I really enjoy fics where she and/or Balthazar are Cas’s best friends and/or amicable exes (if the ship is sastiel or destiel). She’s great. I haven’t thought too much about Meg and Jo as friends but they could get along pretty well, too. They’ve both got that spunky attitude and I can see them being like boxing buddies or something.

Satin and Sawdust is one of my favorites. I love Meg and Cas as friends and friends with benefits. Also, kitties!

Team switch all the way! Headcanon- Cas has zero hang ups about sex and kinks. At first dean is a little freaked out when he finds everything from anal hooks to watersports in the search history but he soon gets on board as it becomes a bit of a game. They print out lists of kinks and try everything that isn’t a hard no for dean. Sometimes it’s a bust and they end up turned off and laughing (or in the hospital that one time) but overall it’s both the best sex and most fun Dean’s ever had.

Absolutely!

I love the idea of Cas being interested in sex but with no hang-ups at all. It could actually be a really fun fic to read/write in which Dean and Cas go through a yes/no/maybe list and trying to figure out what really does it for them.

Also, imagining the look on Dean’s face when Cas shows him some of the things he’s been researching. (It’s Dean’s turn to do the squinty head tilt because really, what the fuck is oviposition and do people actually make Jell-O eggs just for that?)

And like, maybe the hospital visit is only coincidentally related. Maybe Dean trips on a dildo and sprains his ankle. (Poor Dean.) But it’s a good opportunity to try out that medical kink right? (Even if Cas is waaaay too into the role adn Dean is waay too eager to get on with it. Dean has to laugh because they both suck at role play.)

Hi! I started following you because of how much I love your Sex Like a Competition series! But now I have a question regarding a different fandom! So is Martha your favorite dw companion? I just rarely see her get much love! I felt the writers could have done soooo much more with her. She was so smart!

Well hello there! I’m glad you like that series!

Martha and Donna are both my favorite companions. I go back and forth day to day with who I like better but they’re pretty evenly matched most of the time.

But yes, I loooove Martha! She was so clever and compassionate and strong both in character and fortitude. I was pretty irritated with the fact that they tried to play up an unrequited crush with her and Ten though because I really didn’t see the need for it. I feel like a lot of her character was supposed to be able providing support and strength for Ten, which I think I’m alright with because for the most part, it allowed her to be more of a hero than he was a lot of the time and it allowed her to connect with other characters almost more than he did. It was almost like the roles of Doctor and companion were reversed for the two of them. I will say, however, that I did not like the whole Year That Never Was thing. Like, I’m glad she saved the day but it was really screwed up to me that no one remembers it. (Except for her family and The Doctor and all that.) I dunno, I’ll always feel like she deserved more. She’s definitely one of the most underappreciated companions if you ask me. She was just fricken awesome.
