A Reminder

For you, for me, for everyone.

The perfect is the enemy of the good.

It’s all well and good to want better, to want the best, but if you’re so focused on exacting standards you’ll never be satisfied. Perfection is unattainable. Perfection is death. To reject what isn’t perfect is to reject the okay, the good, and the great, and the spiral of cynical hopelessness that creates is not fun for anyone. Nothing will ever be better if we won’t even allow it to be okay.
