I love sunsets, I love the sea, I love reflections and I love playing with light… OH AND I LOVE THIS BEACH. It’s my favourite place in the whole world.
I recently managed to rescue a ton of old files off my older computer and in searching for something else, I rediscovered this beauty.
Original Characters for an original sci fi story, this piece was an experiment in a bunch of different ways and is probably the FIRST vaguely NSFW piece i’d ever made. I still can’t believe I forgot about this.
Ink outline, pencil shading, watercolor overlay – all in multiple layers that were then digitally meshed together.
I see a few problems with it, 8 years later but, overall I think I’m still really proud of this – especially her nightgown…

Two year old idea I finally got done. :’) I’d planned it for May, because mermay, but work got in the way, and then I hoped to do it in June but nope. Ah well, at least it’s done.
