One of these days I’m going to have to write something where everyone does actually have discussions about all the things that bother them and have stuff still go wrong, just to prove a freaking point.
I know I was going say it does have like a positive impact as well but the word count got to me ��
No worries.
That’s the funny thing though, right? It’s this thing that should screw everything up but it doesn’t. Well, okay, there’s a hot minute in there where everything is totally screwed but then they all have to use words and have an actually discussion.
I just figured if 42 was the meaning of life, then you wouldn’t want to go over that XD

Yeah, exactly. The stuff I read or write about aren’t things I want happening to me or anyone else. Fic is a safe place to explore darker themes and it’s as simple as that.
imo, fiction is always and should always be a place to explore all kinds of topics. It’s the place we discuss human nature and big ideas like freedom and consequence and love, so why can’t we use it to talk about the dark stuff like torture and murder and assault? Truth is, we can. And I’m not going to apologize for ever writing about what other people aren’t comfortable reading, I’m only going to apologize if I don’t tag it correctly.
