i’m sure my “friend” would like any and all of those things, but specifically all three of them together. and if she (or he, for the sake of keeping my “friend’s” identity safe) finds any pictures she’ll send them your way

lol. Good not know. I’ll look, too. But if your “friend” doesn’t find anything to her or his liking I will see what I can do and try to make some by next friday. When I post them I will let you know.

.. would you be willing/able to make dcj icons?? asking for a friend obviously… @casbakespie

Willing? Of course. Able? Might be tricky but I could probably do it if I had the right photos. I’m assuming your “friend” wants all three of them together? Because If I can get good enough photos of “Cas” and “Jimmy” and Dean I’m pretty sure I could do some pride icons and some regular everyday icons w/ various color backgrounds.

If your “friend” or friends of your friend has any specific images in mind (and permission if said images belong to anyone else [discounting superwiki or online mags – pretty sure those are fair game]) my submit is open and if need be I will give out my email.

XYZ pls (sorry if they’ve already been asked!)

X: A character you enjoy making suffer.
Any character I love is a character I’m willing to make suffer. I guess I take some kind of sick joy out of making them suffer in very specific and weird ways. Dean winds up fainting a lot. Cas gets thrown up on. Sam beats himself up for feeling awkward. Jimmy has anxiety. I don’t know why I do these things to them, but they seem to be a constant in my fics. Of course, they all get happy endings though.
There are a few characters I just like to make miserable for no reason, like Metatron. I pair him up with other characters I can’t stand and I enjoy the idea of him being absolutely miserable.

Y: A character you want to protect.
Charlie, Kevin, and Eileen for sure. I enjoy hurting some characters but these three are kind of off limits.

Z: Major character death–do you ever write/read it? Is there a character whose death you can’t tolerate?
I have written MCD. It was kinda the whole point of Forget-Me-Not (Cas/Meg) and I really enjoyed writing that. I’ve also read a little MCD but I’m super picky about it. I need the death to really be felt and to be important. I need to see characters grieving and moving on (or not) with their lives. If you’re going to kill a major character, I better be feeling it the whole way through, basically. And I need some kind of hopeful ending, honestly. Forget-Me-Not ended with everyone dead, and there was a happy ending to it, so I figured it was worth it. No one is off the table for me, as long as their death is treated with dignity and given the weight it deserves.
I may end up breaking my own rules in the future. I have a plot bunny that won’t leave me alone and it would wind up ambiguous at best.

Thanks!

Writer asks!

@casbakespie replied to your post “dean/benny :)”

UHM I NEED THAT WEREWOLF DEAN FIC RN

Funny story if I hadn’t dropped out of the canon big bang I was going to do something very similar to this.

The vamp cure didn’t work and Dean was stuck as a vampire. Sam and Cas went to purgatory and Dean was alone for a year, nearly starving. When Sam came back with Benny he helped Dean adjust and be more human. Endgame was Dean/Benny, Sam/Cas

dean/benny :)

🙂

who’s the werewolf and who’s the hunter:
Let’s go with Dean as a nearly starving werewolf who’s been separated from his pack and Benny as a hunter (but still vampire) who calms Dean down and keeps him from going feral.
who’s the mermaid and who’s the fisherman:
Be still my heart! Mermaid!Dean and fisherman!Benny. Sorry, I don’t make the rules.
who’s the witch and who’s the familiar:
Witch!Dean and Familiar!Benny. (He’s a massive Saint Bernard)
who’s the barista and who’s the coffee addict:
Dean’s a coffee addict. Benny owns the resturant Dean likes to get his coffee from. And his pastry. And sometimes lunch.
who’s the professor and who’s the TA:
Professor Benny teaches history. Some of them are very odd, but Dean’s his TA so he’s learned a lot about pirates and can kinda speak a little Gaelic now.
who’s the knight and who’s the prince(ss):
Come on. Dean’s always the prince. Benny is his loyal knight who would follow him to the end of the earth.
who’s the teacher and who’s the single parent:
Benny’s a single dad just trying to provide a good life fo his little girl. Dean’s her teacher and she thinks they would be really good boyfriends. (Benny’s kid has probably seen one too many romantic comedies.)
who’s the writer and who’s the editor:
Dean writes. Benny tears his hair out edits. (Dean, you don’t need to write twelve pages of dialogue.)
