My entry for @rosemoonweaver ‘s Fic-O-Ween Celebration challenge!
The prompt I chose was: 10) There are always risks involved when
calling on magical beings. Character A knows the risks, but this is
important. They’ve run out of options and there’s no going back. Too bad
they didn’t notice the typo in their incantation and they’ve summoned a
much more powerful being than they thought and they aren’t interested
in playing around.

Summary:
Castiel doesn’t believe in magic. He thinks that the ‘spells’ his friend
Max does are simply elaborate prayers. That is until one night he tries
out one of these spells while drunk and accidentally summons a demon.
Afraid for his life, Cas strikes up a deal that will change his world
forever.
Are you named after someone? Yes, actually. My great-grandmother Rosella, master of the chocolate chip cookie and my mom’s favorite grandma.
When is the last time you cried? Sometime last week I think.
Do you have any kids? Nope, not yet.
Do you use sarcasm? No, never 😉 (More irl than online because tone is hard to pick up on online.)
What’s the first thing you notice about people? Typically, it’s their eyes. I’m bad with faces on the whole but I’m better at recognizing eyes.
Eye color? Brown.
Scary movie or happy ending? Can’t I have both? It really depends on my mood but generally I prefer a happy ending even though I love scary movies.
Any special talents? I can write pretty well and I’m learning to knit. Those aren’t necessarily “special” talents but I enjoy them and I’m good at them.
Day of birth? September 6th. It was a Monday, if I remember right.
Any hobbies? Aforementioned writing and knitting.
Any pets? I personally have two cats and a guinea pig but there are other pets in my house.
How tall are you? 5″6′.
What sports do you/have you played? I used to play soccer. I enjoyed it.
Favorite subject? In school? It was English, though History was a close second.
Dream Job? I would get paid to research and teach about fandom as a sub-culture so instead of just being a nerd about it online I’m being a nerd about it and making money. That’s my dream job lol.
22. Character A comes home to their partner after a long day at work. Then they get a phonecall from their partners phone, despite the fact their partner is right there in the other room, making a lot of noise. When character A answers their phone their frantic partner is on the other end of the line, telling them to run.

Castiel is bequeathed a beach house near the Maine town of Perran. It’s the perfect location for him to work on his next novel, and so Castiel moves out there.
What he doesn’t expect is for his past to catch up with him.
I love putting playlists together for my fics. I highly doubt people really listen to them, which is a shame because they’re a) loaded with spoilers and b) sometimes hilarious in terms of musical variety. I just put Brittney Spears next to The Rolling Stones and I personally think that’s hilarious.
Dream Daddy released an update. More mini games and a new story line, apparently.
Welp. That’s where I’m gonna be for a few days.

I’ve had such a busy Samhain but it was a good one.
Also, even after washing them like four times my hands still smell like a combination of the oils I have for Hades and Persephone which is a very strange mix of floral and musky and I really kinda like it.
