It really isn’t. There’s no need to waste so much energy on this crap. There are so many variables to what is currently going on anyway, it’s useless for people to assume they have it all figured out and it must be a conspiracy. And just… yeah. It’s like you said. I dunno, man, I think some folks are in need of a serious adjustment of their priorities. I’ve heard some other shit that went down with this thing and I’m just like… what the fuck guys? Fandom as a whole needs a fucking time-out.

I’m definitely in support of folks making new friendships though. That really ought to be a goal for more folks. Try to be friends with someone who doesn’t ship what you do and see what happens.
