25. which character do you have a love/hate relationship with?
This is a hard one. When it comes to Star Wars I pretty much only have characters I love or love to hate. There are only a handful that I actually legitimately hate. I guess the closest I come to a love/hate relationship with any of the characters is how I feel about Anakin. I love Anakin for who he was, particularly in TCW because there’s a lot to love about him. He’s a good person who loves fiercely and fights valiantly. He’s willing to do anything and that winds up biting him in the ass so he frustrates me a little bit. Like, more than anything he just makes me sad. His relationships with Obi Wan and Padme and Ahsoka make me sad because you have this guy who is pretty genuine, makes a good friend and father figure, a loving husband (though there are little moments here and there that make me side-eye him a bit *cough the Clovis arc cough*) and an intelligent general and he just… falls. I understand why, but still, it’s disappointing. I don’t hate him by any means, but I do get frustrated with his situation and sad because I think about all the things that could have been.
You should really commission this lovely bean, or support her Patreon. This is not one of the commissioned pieces I requested from her, but I saw it today and went AWWWWWW! and I love coloring her lines, well here it is.
Coloring by me, with prismacolor marker. It’s been a Sammy sort of day.
Please if you like or reblog this, also go to Threshie’s page and scream your love at her, like and reblog her original art as well!
OK I know this has been brought up a lot already, but since his mother is technically a Disney princess….. does this mean Kylo Ren = actual Disney prince Ben Organa-Solo ?? ?
aand to no-one’s surprise this emo space prince is my most terrible of faves
Needless to say, I have so many issues with the prequels. But Bail is
not one of those issues. I love Bail. I mean come on, he’s Leia’s daddy.
Also it’s cool that he got to hang around in the Clone Wars cartoons a little bit, and I’m glad he’s shown up in Rebels as well.
OKAY BUT THIS IS THE BEST ONE OF THESE I’VE SEEN I’M DYING.
Me to me: You know, this chapter would go quicker if stuff actually happened and you stopped waxing poetic about nature like some Romantic.
me: But… nature is pretty.
Me: There’s a plot that needs to happen you know.
me: Do *you* know how to get that plot to happen without exposing all the good stuff right away? I thought we were supposed to build mystery and atmosphere at the same time?
