When Private Investigator Finn Sloan was hired by the elder Mr. Tico to discover the whereabouts of his son-in-law, Armitage Hux, Finn was expecting a simple job. He’d been expecting to deliver the news that yet another husband had run out on his wife, to collect a pay check, and to be on his way. He never expected to get caught up in seedy dealings with pornographers, gamblers, and murderers. But most of all, he never expected the beguiling charm of Rose Tico. 

As bodies pile up around the Tico sisters and Hux remains missing, Finn is in a race against the clock to figure out what’s happening and keep the Tico sisters safe from outside threats, and themselves, before it’s too late.
