Okay. Fun with termonology time, yeah?

What’s the difference between a kink and a fetish w/in fandom? It’s not that the terms are interchangeable, it’s that I have seen some things I’d call fetishes labled as kinks but other things are always labled fetishes?

Is it just… social acceptability or something else?
