The thing that upset me the most was the tweet about how someone had been basically told to make the angels white and the demons black.

That is not how it works, especially in my novel that is about angels and demons.

Faith, religion, and the beings that are a part of that religion (angels, demons, etc.) are COMPLETELY up to your interpretation. Don’t let a bunch of stuck up white people suggest you do otherwise.

Making your angels/demons/religious beings white just because people tell you “oh thats how they’re depicted in art and old time stuff” is not the way it should go.

Angels can be just as diverse as humans!!! Please remember such!!!!!
