I’m here for this in every way. 🙂 And hey at least the “spines” on the one I photographed look soft……..

But that is exactly how the cacti get you. They look soft and/or fuzzy and you’re just a kid who sees a fuzzy plant so you’re like “I’m gonna touch it” and you grandpa is like “It’s gonna hurt” and you’re like “but it’s soft!” So you touch it, like a dumbass, and it hurts like hell and your fingers sting for the next five hours because cacti are mean and they don’t care.
