You just gotta have the cake on something flat like a plate or a container lid and you lift the cake to your face. You still got one hand free to drive. Though I recommend only doing this at stop signs or red lights.

Knowing me, I would wind up dropping the cake all over myself and would have to get out of the car with frosting all over my shirt.
